Terms of Service

FiveRank is an independent directory and ranking of FiveM servers, scripts, studios and developers. Server names, player counts, tags and resource lists come from the public Cfx.re server list. FiveRank is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Cfx.re, Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

A server does not need to agree to be listed, because the information we show is already public. Its owner can claim the listing to manage how it appears here.

You sign in with Discord. You need a Discord account, which means you must be old enough to hold one under Discord's own terms. You are responsible for what is done with your account, so keep your Discord account secure.

One person, one account. Do not create accounts to boost your own numbers, to review your own server, or to get around a suspension. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

• Manipulate rankings, view counts, reviews or boosts, for example with fake accounts, bots or purchased reviews.
• Claim a server or studio you do not run, or pretend to be someone you are not.
• Post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or that exposes someone's private information.
• Scrape or load the site in a way that slows it for others. Reasonable, polite use of public pages is fine.
• Probe for security weaknesses other than by reporting them to us, or interfere with the site, the bot or other users.
• Use the in-game resource or the API to collect player identifiers. FiveRank does not provide or store them.

We can remove content, release a claim, remove boosts or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we will say why.

A claim says you run the server or studio. You prove it with the method shown when you claim. A claim gives you control of the listing's extra content (description, links, images, jobs and the like), never of the measured figures: player counts, rank, history and resource usage come from Cfx.re and from our own sampling, and nobody can change them.

If a claim turns out to be false, or the person stops running the server, we may release it so the rightful owner can claim it. You can release your own claim at any time.

You keep ownership of what you write and upload. By posting it you give FiveRank a free, worldwide licence to show it on the site and in previews of the site (for example a social share image) for as long as it is up. You promise you are allowed to post it.

Reviews should describe your own experience honestly. We may remove content that breaks these terms and we may moderate listings, job posts and replies before or after they appear. Deleting your account removes what you posted.

The player rankings are ordered by what the Cfx.re list reports and cannot be bought. FiveRank Boosts are a separate board, labelled as such. Any sponsored placement is labelled as sponsored wherever it appears, and none of them changes a server's position on a player ranking.

Every new account receives three FiveRank Boosts. Further boosts are sold as one-off packs. Boosts have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are not lost by time. We may remove boosts that were obtained or placed in breach of these terms.

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions taken through PayPal. They renew every month until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next charge and the plan stays on until the end of the period you already paid for. You can cancel from Billing or in PayPal.

Boost packs are one-off digital purchases, credited to your account when PayPal confirms the payment. Prices are shown in euros and include any tax we are required to charge. We will tell you before a price changes for an existing subscription.

Because what you buy is delivered straight away, payments already taken are not refunded for a part-used period, except where the law gives you a right to a refund, which these terms do not limit. If something went wrong with a payment, contact us and we will look into it. Your order history is in Orders.

The affiliate programme has its own rules in the Affiliate Terms, which apply in addition to these.

FiveRank relies on Cfx.re for server data, Discord for sign-in and the bot, and PayPal for payments. We do not control them. If one of them changes or is unavailable, parts of FiveRank may be wrong or unavailable too, and we will fix what we can.

Server names, logos, scripts and other works belong to their owners. We show them to describe and rank what exists, not to claim them as ours. If something is shown that you own and you want it changed or removed, tell us and we will deal with it promptly. The FiveRank name, logo and the site itself belong to us.

We work to keep FiveRank running, but it is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available, error-free or that every figure is exact. Numbers come from third-party data sampled on a schedule. We may change, add or remove features. If we remove something you paid for, we will refund the unused part of that payment.

To the extent the law allows, FiveRank is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss caused by something outside our reasonable control, and our total liability to you for anything connected to the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, or any rights you have as a consumer where you live.

You can stop using FiveRank and delete your account whenever you like. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as liability and content already licensed to show in previews) continue after an account ends.

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and for a change that matters we will say so on the site or in our Discord. Using FiveRank after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the law of the country where FiveRank's operator is based, without taking away any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
